Policy and Practice

Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make returns as easy as possible:

Return Eligibility:

Returns are accepted for unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

​

Return Process:

To start a return, contact customer service with your order number and reason for the return.

​

After approval, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Items without an RMA number won’t be accepted.

​

Return Shipping:

You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

​

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to show up.

​

Exchanges:

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

​

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-designed drones, opened kits, and used or modified products aren’t eligible for return.
